More Cooperative Housing Collective (MCHC) is a grassroots community group. Some of us live in co-ops (and all of us want to)!

We believe, and participate, in the cooperative movement as it exists in housing and other co-ops. We agree to and follow the same seven principles, as defined by the International Co-operative Alliance (ICA) that co-ops around the world follow. MCHC's own Guiding Principles are:
